We currently ship with USPS from Seattle, WA to all parts of the US and Canada. Customers have the choice of shipping via Priority Mail or Priority Flat Rate. . We aim to ship your order within 24 hours of purchase. We guarantee shipping within 5 days following your order. 

If we are unable to ship your wrap within 7 days of purchase, we will refund you for the cost of shipping. Cancellations prior to shipping will be refunded in full. After shipping, however, orders cannot be cancelled.

We currently ship 2 wraps per package max. If 3 or more are purchased in one order, these wraps will be sent in 2 or more packages.       


If you are at all unsatisfied with your purchase, have no fear.

After you receive your order (the date your shipment has been marked 'delivered' by the carrier), you have 7 days to file for return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed and in the original condition and packaging it was received in.

To claim a return, contact us with proof of purchase via email at info@kindredwrap.com within 7 days of receiving your wrap. We will work with you to verify and approve your return.

Return shipping will be paid for in full by the customer unless the item was received with serious manfuacturer defects/flaws, in which case Kindred Wrap will happily cover the cost of return shipping.

We strongly encourage that you insure and track your return package as we will not be held responsible for items lost or damaged in the mail.

As soon as we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of our assessment. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days depending on your card issuer's processing.
